Our Principal Coach, Ethan Cheng, who is a small business owner himself, knows all the ins and the outs of running an SME. In fact, he started off as a sole proprietor 20+ years ago, then singlehandedly running everything from HR, Finance and Logistics to Sales & Marketing.
