SwimSafer is a program introduced by National Water Safety Council in July 2010 with support from SportSG. It is a program that works to teach children how to swim properly, incorporating lifesaving skills at the same time. This is a six-stage program that works with a process that encourages kids to have fun and to learn at a pace that is right for them.
